会议日程：2023 年 9 月 12 日报到，13 日～14 日开会，15 日离会。

The 12 th World Big Health Forum Expo and the Third Session of World Comprehensive Health Sports Meeting will be held in Macao from Sept.12 of 2023 to Sept.15 of 2023. The organizing committee is so honored to invite you to attend this conference.

The purpose of this conference is to develop a prosperous and healthy culture, guided by the Belt and Road Initiative, guided by the National Fitness Program of the State Council (2021-2025), with healthier, happier, longer life, and more united as the core, through high quality Health and wellness academic forum, high-precision and new health products expo, high-level excellent exercise techniques and stars gather to promote the Chinese health-preserving culture to go out and walk in, serve the people around the world, and build humanity for the development and prosperity of the people oriented, life-oriented health cause A healthy community with a shared future has made new achievements.

The theme of this conference is: Fight the epidemic for all, World Action. The content is divided into three sections, namely: Anti-epidemic Experience Sharing and Academic Forum; Anti-epidemic Health Care New Product Expo; anti-epidemic and Anti-epidemic Health Games. Summarize the achievements and experience gained since the global anti-epidemic campaign. Commend advanced anti-epidemic branches and advanced individuals, and recommend excellent anti-epidemic methods,treatments and rehabilitation programs to the world. Conference schedule: Registration on Sept.12, 2023, meeting on 13-14, and leaving on 15.

The conference registration fee is 360 US dollars, and the prepayment of 180 US dollars before April 30, 2023, or those who organize a group (more than 10 people) to participate in the conference, the conference will give preferential treatment. 关于做好澳门会议筹备工作的通知

各分会、各团体会员：

第十二届世界大健康论坛·博览会暨第三届世界大健康运动会，定于 2023 年 9 月 12 日至 15 日在中国澳门举行。

本次会议是 2019 年神户会议以来，时隔 3 年举办的一届高质量高水平盛会，为确保圆满成功，现就筹备工作有关事项通知如下：

一、会议概况

全称：第十二届世界大健康论坛•博览会暨第三届世界大健康运动会。简称：澳门会议。

地点：澳门渔人码头国际会展中心。

时间：2023 年 9 月 12 至 15 日

二、会议宗旨

以发展繁荣大健康文化为宗旨，以一带一路为牵引，以国务院全民健身计划(2021-2025 年)为指导，以全民行动、健康养生为主题，凸显更健康、更健美、更长寿、更快乐特色，通过高质量健康养生学术论坛，高精尖健康养生新产品博览，高水平优秀功法技法荟萃，推动中华康养文化走出去、走进去，服务全球民众，为发展繁荣人民至上、生命至上时代新气功，构建人类健康命运共同体做出新贡献。

三、内容规模

内容分为三个板块，即：经验交流和学术论坛;康养新产品博览会;世界大健康运动会。

来自全球 20 多个国家和地区的 1200～1500名代表出席会议。

四、组织架构

筹备工作的基本原则是：周密策划，严密组织，精准施策，确保圆满成功。由世联盟主席郭周礼牵头，成立澳门会议组织工作委员会，全盘指导协调会议各项筹备工作。世联盟总部机关一处七部履行组委会专班职责。

由世联盟芬兰分会主席、芬兰中国文化艺术中心主任邵建忠牵头，成立澳门会议执行工作委员会，全面全程落实会务各项筹备准备工作。由世联盟教学科研部和钱学森人体科学第四医学研究院院长郭善儒教授牵头，成立澳门会议专家委员会，负责论文征集、材料审定、功法审查等工作。

由世联盟产业招商部部长张民牵头，会同北京中知紫荆科技有限公司，成立澳门会议圣水传递专业委员会，负责圣水采集传递等组织运行工作。

五、各分会职责任务

1、各分会负责人履行第一责任人职责，负责本分会论文征集、经验材料上报、先进典型推荐。

2、统筹协调本分会统一行动，确定参会人员，报备相关资料，落实参会团体。

3、落实大运会参赛参演项目的排练、预赛预选，向组委会执委会推荐 1～2 个高质量有特色的表演专案。

4、广泛动员健身产品企业和个人参加本届博览会。

六、具体要求

1、高度重视。提高到发展繁荣时代新气功的地位来认识和对待，从总部机关到各分会，要积极行动起来，以高质量的会务准备，高水准的论文征集，高效率的招商引资，精干的阵容组团参会参演参展。

2、统筹协调。总部机关要充分发挥统筹统揽作用，高效运作，及时沟通，协调行动，执委会加强与政府部门、国际组织、气功社团沟通联系，确保筹备工作环节顺畅，推进有力。

3、各尽其职。按照职责任务，各负其责，各尽其职，把大运会参赛参演专项作为重点突出出来。筹备专班要编制工作进度计划，高标准，严要求，精准精细，稳步推进。各分会要细化责任分工，紧盯大项重点，指定专人协调落实，确保按时间节点完成筹备任务。

一、合作单位招商基本原则

本届合作招商分为支持单位、主办单位、承办单位、协办单位及独家冠名单位等四个类别。基本原则是：

1、必须是经大会组委会考核认定、具有品牌知名度和美誉度的法人企业；

2、必须诚信经营，无欺骗消费者行为，无非法行为等不良记录；

3、必须具有法人营业执照；

4、企业资金赞助额度为：支持单位赞助资金人民币50万元以上；承办单位、协办单位赞助资金人民币80万元以上；论坛大会独家冠名单位赞助资金人民币600万元以上；每个分论坛会议冠名单位赞助资金人民币200万元以上。

1、会场外悬挂条幅广告：人民币10000元/条；

2、接待酒店签到处背景板广告：人民币12000元（2M×0.8M）；

3、论坛主会场签到处背景板广告：人民币20000元（3M×1.2M）；

4、论坛参会代表专用手提袋边缝广告：人民币20000元；

5、通道大厅展示区标准展位：人民币18000元/个；

6、带企业名称和标志的笔：人民币1元/支（赞助方至少提供2000支）；带企业名称和标志的笔记本：人民币2元/本（赞助方至少提供2000本）；

7、无偿提供大会组委会认可的礼品和物品，论坛组委会酌情制定实物赞助权益回报方案。

8、大会会刊广告(16开本)，封一人民币30000元；封二、封三、封四每页人民币20000元; 内文彩页每页人民币15000元；内文黑白页每页人民币5000元。

六、摊位招商

参加会议个人如果需要租用展示摊位，除按规定交纳参加会议需要缴纳的费用外，还需缴纳摊位费。摊位布展所需费用由参展者支付。摊位分为6平米、9平米、12平米三种规格。

6平米规格收费 29800元；9平米规格收费39800元；12平米规格收费49800元；室内空地36㎡起订，1980元/㎡。每个现场展位由世界大健康运动联盟网和香港日报网同时在网上展出宣传两年。

七、分论坛招商

招商类别除以上四种外，参展企业如果需要套开相关分论坛，举办分论坛者须向组委会申报，经批准方可实施。组委会可根据会议规模、会议组织、会议档次，由双方协商确定有关事项，并签订协议。

为总结交流全球气功抗疫取得的科研学术新成果新经验，举办高质量有价值的第十二届世界大健康论坛（原称：第十二届国际健康健美长寿论坛），现将论文征集有关事项通知如下：

一、征集主旨

顺应大健康时代潮流，发展繁荣优秀气功文化，推动以气功抗疫为核心的学术创新、理论创新和应用创新，为构建人类健康命运共同体做出新贡献。

二、论文主题

以气功抗疫为主题，以学术、科技、应用创新为重点。

在研科创新方面，探讨气功抗疫科研学术新成果;

在实践应用方面，展示气功抗疫功法功理新进展;

在文献典籍方面，挖掘整理传统特色康养新宝库;在总结推广方面，交流共享全球气功抗疫新经验。

三、论文特点

1、体现创新性：对气功抗疫具有创新研究、创新设计和创新实践，凸显前沿水准。

2、体现科学性：将现代科技应用于气功抗疫，探索气功抗疫和气功康养新途径新方法。

3、体现学术性：对气功抗疫具有独到见解，论证和阐述气功抗疫本质规律。

4、体现应用性：总结交流气功抗疫基本经验和做法，具有应用和可操作性。

四、具体要求

1、围绕气功抗疫主题，凸显气功康养特色。

2、未曾在国内外公开发表，如己发表，需注明时间、期刊名称等。有专著者同时提交专著电子版。

3、字数不超过 3000 字，同时提交中、英文电版各一份，并附 1000 字以内中、英文摘要，用英文双行打印。注明作者姓名、单位、电邮、电话、通联地址。

五、征文日期及论文提交

1、征文从即日开始，截止时间为2022年4月1日。

The 12th World Big Forum Collection for theses

In order to summarize and exchange the new achievements and experiences of scientific research and academic research in Qigong anti-epidemic around the world, and hold the 12th World Big Health Forum (formerly known as the 12th International Health, Bodybuilding and Longevity Forum) with high quality and value, we hereby notify the relevant matters of collecting theses as follows:

Ⅰ、 the theme of solicitation

Comply with the trend of the era of great health, develop and prosper excellent Qigong culture, promote academic innovation, theoretical innovation and application innovation with Qigong as the core, and make new contributions to building a community of human health and destiny.

Ⅱ、the theme of the thesis

Taking Qigong as the theme, focusing on academic, technological and applied innovation.

In the aspect of research innovation, explore the new academic achievements of Qigong anti-epidemic research;

1.Embodying innovation: It has innovative research,innovatite design and innovative practice on Qigong anti-epidemic and highlighting the cutting-edge level.

2. Reflect scientificity: apply modern science and technology to Qigong anti-epidemic and explore new ways and methods of Qigong anti-epidemic and Qigong recuperation.

3. Reflect the academic nature: have unique views on Qigong's anti-epidemic and demonstrate and expound the essential law of Qigong's anti-epidemic.

1. Focus on the theme of Qigong anti-epidemic, and highlight the characteristics of Qigong's recuperation.

1. Selected theses will be officially published by Hong Kong Daily Press as "Academic theses of the 12th World Health Forum".

2. During the meeting, the Forum Expert Committee will announce the selected theses, select the first, second and third prizes of outstanding theses from the theses exchanged by the conference, and issue the award certificates.

3. During the forum, special performances such as academic exchanges and interactions, health preservation and Chinese magic will be organized.

4. The languages during the forum are Chinese and English.

三、参加展示内容

各国和地区民族、民间、传统、现代体育健身技能和方法。凡有 利于健康、健美、长寿及身心健康的各类体育健身专案、方法、技能 和手段 (集体或个人，徒手或持械)均可报名参加展示。要求内容健 康、时间不超过 4 分 30 秒。服装应美观大方、适宜健身、利于展示。

四、参加展示办法：

(一)各国家、地区社团组织、协会、俱乐部及广大文体爱好者均 可组队或个人参展;

(二)凡身体健康的75周岁以下健身爱好者均可参加(男女不限)。 参展队可报领队、教练各1-2人。

五、组织机构：

由报名参加的各国、地区的领队(或教练)组成大运会组委会， 于展示日前一天晚召开领队(教练员)会议。组委会下设工作小组(由 大运会组委会相关人员组成)，具体负责组织大运会开闭幕式、展示 场地器材、音响提供、展示出场顺序编排、评奖办法制定和实施。

六、奖项设置：凡按规程参加的由大运会组委会分别颁发优秀表演奖或突出贡献奖及个人参展纪念证书。

七、 报名及要求：

(一)报名时间：即日起至 2023 年 8 月 10 日。(二)报名时须附所报专案简介：专案名称 、健身方法、基本内 容、健身效果及对场地器材要求等(展示内容製成光碟)。

(三)各领队、教练及个人在报名时请认真填写报名表，领队和教 练提交一寸免冠照片一张，并注明本人姓名、专业职称及代表队名称、 联系电话、地址，连同上述报项简介一起寄到大会组委会。凡上场参 加展示者须在本国家、地区做好健康意外伤害事故方面的保险。如需 音响伴奏，须自备音乐光碟或 U 盘。该伴奏音乐应为光碟或 U 盘中的

唯一内容。展示前须交到大会评委会。参展队或个人选手不按时检录 者，按自动弃权处理。

(2)委託当地旅行社负责往返会议举办地以及会议期间的安排和接待(方案另发)。

(3)自行通过旅行社到会议举办地参加大运会展示的人员，请按指定时间参加领队教练员会议及按时到场检录参展。可以自愿参与组 委会的其他各项活动，食宿及行程自行安排。

(4)如需预定宾馆、招待所，旅游、返程机票、车票等，请在报名表上填写清楚，组委会将协助办理。

The Rules about the Third Session of International Comprehensive Health Sports Meeting

3. Demonstration content

The traditional or modern skills and methods for enhancing physical fitness indifferent countries and regions will be demonstrated. As long as an individual orteam has a variety of exercise events, skills and methods for enhancing health, longevity and physical fitness to share with others, they will be welcome to sign up. The demonstration content must be healthy and last not more than 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The clothes they wear must be proper, healthy and suitable for demonstration.

4. Demonstration methods

4.1 The social organizations, associations, clubs and sports lovers from different countries and regions are welcome to sign up as a team or individual.

4.2 Those healthy people (male or female) pursuing physical fitness and aged below 75 are welcome to sign up. A team should have one leader and one or two coaches.

5. Organizational institution

The organizing committee is comprised of those leaders or coaches of the teams from those countries and regions. A conference will be held among those leaders or coaches at the night before the demonstration. A work group under the organizing committee will be also formed. Comprised of the relevant personnel from the organizing committee, they will be responsible for the opening and closing ceremony, demonstration facilities, stereo equipment provision, demonstration sequence as well as establishing and implementing the awarding methods.

6. Award setting

The certificates for excellent performance, outstanding contribution and individual souvenir will be issued by the organizing committee to those taking part in the activity as required.

7. Sign-up and requirement

7.1 Sign-up time: Present – May. 31 of 2022

7.2 A brief introduction to the event must be provided, including the event name, health-keeping method, basic content, health-keeping effect and facility requirement (the demonstration content included in a CD).

7.3 The leader, coach and individual must fill in the entry form carefully. The leader and coach must submit one bareheaded photo, which is marked with their name, professional title, team name, phone number and address, to the organizing committee together with the entry form. Those making the demonstration must purchase accident injury insurance in their own countries or regions. If musical accompaniment is needed, please prepare the CD or U disk which is exclusively related to the music. Before the demonstration, it must be submitted to the public judging committee. If a team or individual can not check in on time, it will be viewed as abstaining.

7.5 Others

1. The participation fee is 500 RMB for a team and 50 RMB for an individual (the same value in foreign currency such as dollar). The participation fee will be used for the affairs such as specified activity and team plate. The participation fee must be paied at the given place during the sign-up or check-in.

2. Three ways for the participation of the team or individual

(1) They will attend the conference and receive the arrangement of the organizing committee. The services arranged by the organizing committee during the activity include round-trip air ticket, airport pickup, traffic in the city, board and lodging (five-star hotel and two-bed room), attending the summit forum of health industry, health industry expo and conference observation, conference documents and materials, collection of papers, conference CD, contact book, group photo, admission ticket of industrial expo and sign-up fee for conference. The fee scale will be notified by the organizing committee after discussion.

(2) The local travel agency can be entrusted to attend the conference and handle the relevant arrangement and reception (the scheme will be given later)

(3) For those people participating in the demonstration through travel agency, their leaders and coaches should attend the conference and check in on schedule. They can also take part in other activities on their own accord. The board, lodging and schedule will be arranged accordingly.

(4) If the reservation of hotel, hostel, sight-seeing, round-trip air ticket and bus ticket is needed, please make it clear in the entry form. The organizing committee will provide assistance as much as possible.

8. Please keep track of the notice of the organizing committee for any change in the rules above. Matters which are not covered will be notified later if necessary.
